Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all of my clients, I kindly request that you provide a notice for any appointment cancellations within a minimum of 24 hours. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. No calIs/no shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. I understand emergencies happen, so please text me directly if the cancellation is of that nature. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage the schedule and accommodate every client.
